In this subsection you will find a list of all known neomycetes in Switzerland (currently 365 species) as well as some species expected in the near future (currently 25 species). The list thus comprises a total of 390 species, of which 53 species are considered invasive according to current knowledge and 2 species are potentially invasive. The basis for this subheading is the neomycete list from the WSL report "Neomycetes in Switzerland" by Beenken and Senn-Irlet, which has been continuously updated since 2019 on behalf of the FOEN (Federal Office for the Environment). Such a list is never exhaustive, as new species are constantly emerging or the invasiveness of established species can change over time.
